I read recently that the key to finding happiness is to stop seeking happiness. Is this right? Why is happiness so important to us? And why is it so fleeting and short-lived? Why does it seem like we are just chasing after the wind?

Thanks Dave, These are great! Appreciate how you’ve managed to share deeply and succinctly and join the ancient with the current world and apply explain so well for today.
I think I listened out of order – chapter 2 before chapter 1. which prompts me to ask whether you might give a sentence intro to “Ecclesiastes” who / when each time, just for the times people listening (non christians) might not get it. And that they stand alone as well as in series. Otherwise so brilliant! Bless you and Thank you x

Thanks Dave for this series of talks. I just love the Book of Ecclesiastes. I remember when I first read it as a New Christian and I was working my way through it I was amazed at how true and realistic it was of life in the 21st century. It really resonated then and it still doea almost 24 years later.
Cheers Colin
